We collect minimal personal data to facilitate cryptocurrency transactions. This includes your email address, merchant gateway configuration choices, and transaction references (such as TxID, payout amounts, and blockchain transaction details). We do not collect or store private wallet keys.
All collected data is strictly used to process, verify, and settle customer payments. Your configuration settings are used to customize currency choices and live rates. We also route transaction status details to trigger API callbacks (e.g. to Dhru Fusion) and optional Telegram alerts for instant merchant notifications.
Your sensitive integration credentials, merchant settings, and transaction payload strings are encrypted in our database using industry-standard AES encryption algorithms. Access to API credentials is secure and under the absolute control of the merchant account.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We query public APIs (such as Binance Spot API and blockchain explorers) to perform live transaction checking and price queries. No private database files or personal identity attributes are shared during these checks.
We utilize browser cookies to maintain active dashboard session authentication for logged-in merchants. We also utilize local browser storage (`localStorage`) to preserve theme preferences (such as light/dark mode choices) for a personalized interface.
We reserve the right to update our privacy policy periodically to reflect changing regulatory requirements or feature upgrades. Merchants are advised to review this policy page occasionally to stay updated on our data security standards.
