By accessing or using the payment gateway services provided by VSSPay ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
We provide a secure decentralized cryptocurrency gateway wrapper that enables automatic invoice generation, live price checks, and ledger validation for checkout payments on billing sites (e.g. Dhru Fusion, WHMCS, WordPress).
Merchants are solely responsible for securing their API access credentials, configuring valid wallet addresses, and manually reviewing transactions when necessary. We are not responsible for losses due to misconfigured merchant credentials or API credentials exposed to third parties.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast on the blockchain. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and that blockchain networks may experience congestion or delays, for which VSSPay cannot be held liable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSSPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our payment processing services.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate our gateway services or block specific accounts at any time for violations of these terms, fraud, or illegal transaction patterns, without prior warning.
